The Challenge:
Over three million pastors are without access to formal theological training.
The Church is growing exponentially around the world. Training for more pastors & cross-cultural workers is desperately needed to teach the TRUTH.
Our Strategy:
Equipping: At CCI we equip national pastors and church leaders with comprehensive training, under the guidance of a Christ-like matured leader, who guides the students through the process of acquiring the Bible knowledge, ministry skills, and Christ-like character to serve effectively in ministry.
Entrusting: We pray for the Lord to point us to faithful men with whom we will entrust to oversee this ministry.
Multiplying: As leaders are equipped, they train others who train others, making new followers of Jesus Christ adding to God’s Church and often, they start new churches. (2 Tim 2:2)
